摘要
针对当前“桥梁加固与抢修”课程教学过程中存在的问题,结合军队院校教学对象的特殊性和教学目标的差异性,以服务岗位任职需求为目标,从深化课程定位和认识、优化课程教学设计两大方面进行创新,重点介绍了在教学内容优化和教学方法改革两个方面积累的经验做法,构建了一种强调学习方法掌握与实操能力转化的“教学做一体化”的首次任职课程教学新模式。完成岗位相关职业能力训练的同时,提升了学生的职业能力和品质素养,实现了教书与育人的完美融合与良性互动。
Aiming at the problems existing in the teaching process of the current“bridge reinforcement and repair”,and combined with the particularity of teaching objects and the difference of the teaching target in military colleges,based on the requirements of service position,the paper introduces the innovation of the orientation and understanding of the curriculum and the teaching design,and introduces the experience practice of teaching the content optimization and the reform of the teaching method,and constructs a new model of“integrated teaching”that emphasizes the learning method.While completing the training of relevant vocational skills,the students’professional ability and quality accomplishment have been improved,and the perfect integration and positive interaction of imparting knowledge and cultivating talents are realized.
