在国家对育人工作提出新要求后,高校组织德育工作应贯彻落实立德树人根本任务,对德育方式进行调整,将德育融入大学生学习的各个环节,使学生能够形成较好的德育素养,成为社会需要的人才。新时代下学生的德育素养存在一定的问题,高校必须立足大学生思想道德的实际情况,将德育作为提高学生德育素养水平的方法,使用较为恰当的方式推进德育建设,使该项工作具备较为突出的实效性与有效性,在德育感召力增强的同时,帮助学生更好地成长,使其拥有良好的德育素养。

In view of the new requirements for education,colleges and universities must implement the fundamental task of building morality and cultivating talents under the requirements of moral education,adjust the way of moral education and put it into each link of college students’learning,so that students can form a better moral education quality,become talents the social needs.In the new era,there are some problems in the moral education quality of students.Colleges and universities must base on the actual situation of college students’ideological and moral education,take moral education as a method to improve the level of moral education quality of students,and use appropriate ways to promote the construction of moral education,so that the work has a more prominent effectiveness,and increases the appeal of moral education,help students to grow better.
