The fostering of academic normative concepts in medical postgraduates remains pivotal in the pursuit of graduate education reform.An in-depth analysis of the present conditions and challenges this topic presents has informed this study to introduce a collection of inventive measures.These measures aimed to enhance the progression of academic normative concept amongst medical postgraduates,include bolstering faculty development,optimizing academic instructions,introducing innovative teaching methodologies,increasing access to academic resources,and refining performance evaluation processes.Drawing on past experiences and incorporating existing research findings,this study provides systematic analysis of prevailing challenges and proposes effective solutions for nurturing academic integrity in the context of medical postgraduate education.This forward-thinking approach surpasses the innovation level of previous reports and assures practicability.The implementation of the innovative practical measures proposed in this research will comprehensively improve the training level of academic norms for medical graduate students,and lay a foundation for training high-quality medical graduate students.
