基于SPOC的线上线下混合教学模式在儿科教学中的运用

摘要 探讨基于小规模限制性在线课程(SPOC)的线上线下混合教学模式在儿科教学中的运用。选取2020年和2022年进入苏州大学附属儿童医院儿内科学习的205名学生,按照随机数字表法随机分为实验组(n=103)及对照组(n=102),实验组实行基于SPOC的线上线下混合教学模式,对照组采用传统教学模式,比较两组教学模式下学生的成绩和满意度。结果显示,实验组形成性考核、终末考核和总成绩方面均显著高于对照组(p均<0.01);实验组学生对带教教师的满意度评价明显高于对照组(χ2=6.01,p=0.048)。因此,基于SPOC的线上线下混合教学模式可有效提高儿科方向学生临床成绩及能力,具有较高的推广应用价值。 The study discusses the application of a blended online-offline teaching model based on Small Private Online Courses(SPOC)in pediatric education.205 students who entered the Children’s Hospital of Soochow University for study in 2020 and 2022 were randomly divided into an experimental group(n=103)and a control group(n=102)according to the random number method.The experimental group was introduced to a blended online-offline teaching model based on SPOC,while the control group used traditional teaching methods.The students’scores and satisfaction under both teaching models were compared.In formative assessments,final exams,and overall scores,the experimental group was significantly higher than the control group(p<0.01 in all cases).The satisfaction rating of the experimental group for the teaching staff was significantly higher than that of the control group(χ2=6.01,p=0.048).The blended online-offline teaching model based on SPOC can effectively improve the clinical scores and abilities of students in pediatrics,and has high promotional and application value.
