校企协同下大学生创新创业教育模式探究——以西安电子科技大学与飞腾信息技术有限公司合作为例

Research on the Innovation and Entrepreneurship Education Mode of College Students under the Cooperation of School and Enterprise:Taking the Cooperation Between Xidian University and Feiteng Information Technology Co.,Ltd.as an Example

在新时代发展理念的指导下,深化产教融合、产学研结合、校企合作是高等教育特别是应用型高等教育发展的必由之路。我国高等院校的教学改革不断深入,校企合作成为我国高等教育发展的重要战略之一。校企协同是我国现代高校教学改革、创新和发展的新方向,也是落实人才战略的有力举措,能够拓宽校企合作渠道,丰富校企合作内涵。以西安电子科技大学与飞腾信息技术有限公司产学合作育人项目为例,从“加强合作深度,优化资源共享;推进创新实践训练,提升学生应用能力;组织红色主题活动,开展筑梦之旅”等方面,结合案例进行有效分析,为大学生创新创业教育校企合作模式研究提供了理论与实践参考。

Under the guidance of the development concept of the new era,deepening the integration of production and education,the combination of production,university and research,and school-enterprise cooperation is the only way for the development of higher education,especially application-oriented higher education.Due to the continuous reform of teaching in institutions of higher learning in our country,school-enterprise cooperation has become one of the important strategies of the development of higher education.School-enterprise cooperation is a new direction of modern university teaching reform,innovation and development as well as a powerful measure to implement talents strategy,which can broaden the channels of school-enterprise cooperation and enrich the connotation of school-enterprise cooperation.In this paper,taking Xidian University and Feiteng Information Technology Co.,LTD’s.Cooperation education project as an example,from strengthening the depth of cooperation,optimizing the sharing of resources,promoting innovative practice training and improving students’application ability,organizing red themed activities,carrying out a dream trip and other aspects,combined with the effective analysis of cases,it provides theoretical and practical reference for the study of school-enterprise cooperation mode in innovation and entrepreneurship education for college students.
