Building morality and cultivating talents is the fundamental task of education and the foundation of colleges and universities,and college counselors play an important role in this task.Therefore,it is necessary to strengthen the construction and theoretical study of the counselor team,explore the innovation of the working methods of them,take the students as the center,provide better service to promote the development of students,adopt a higher position and idea,and take multiple measures simultaneously to improve the comprehensive ability of students.They should constantly improve the working methods and ways of student management in the new era,improve the quality and efficiency of student management,better implement the fundamental task of building morality and cultivating talents,and train outstanding modernization talents for the country.Therefore,this article,through the analysis of the importance of college student management and existing problems,gives specific solutions for reference.
