论食品加工与安全领域农业硕士培养存在的问题与解决途径

摘要 从师资队伍建设、实践能力培养、实践基地建设、课程体系建设及培养环节控制等方面,系统梳理了我国高等院校食品加工与安全领域专业学位研究生人才培养过程中存在的问题,并针对这些问题提出了5大解决途径:完善校外导师遴选与考核机制,构建校内外导师沟通合作平台;健全专业实践管理与考核机制,以职业需求引导专业实践教育;建立优质稳定多样的实践基地,制定严格合理灵活的管理机制;优化专业学位研究生课程体系,鼓励模块课程教学和案例教学;加强研究生培养过程质量控制,严格保证研究生毕业论文质量。研究结果可为我国高等院校食品加工与安全领域专业学位研究生培养提供科学指导。 In this paper,the problems existing in the cultivation of professional degree postgraduates in food processing and safety in China were systematically summarized from teaching staff construction,practice ability training,practice base construction,curriculum system construction,and cultivation process management.The solutions were put forward from five aspects at last.Firstly,the selection and assessment mechanism of off-campus supervisor should be improved further,and the communication and cooperation platform for campus and offcampus supervisors need to be build;secondly,the management and assessment mechanism of professional practice should be strengthened and professional practice education should be guide by professional requirements;thirdly,high quality,stable and diverse practice base were necessary for professional practice,and a strict,reasonable and flexible management mechanism would be suitable for practice bases;fourthly,the curriculum system of professional degree postgraduates need to be optimized further,and module curriculum and case teaching should be encouraged;finally,the quality control of graduate training process should be enhanced and the quality of graduate thesis should be controlled strictly.The results of this study can provide scientific guidance for the cultivation of graduate students in food processing and safety field.
