摘要
为降低淬火态S35VN刀具钢内的残余应力并提升其综合性能以满足最终使用要求,需对其进行回火处理。通过X射线衍射仪及扫描电子显微镜等研究淬火态S35VN钢分别经过180、200、220℃回火处理后物相、显微组织的差异及其对合金硬度、拉伸性能及耐腐蚀性能的影响。结果表明:3种温度回火后S35VN钢的基体均以马氏体为主,混合少量残余奥氏体,碳化物类型均以M7C3为主,含有少量M23C6和MC;合金的硬度下降,强度、塑性提升,180℃回火后硬度均值为56.5 HRC,抗拉强度均值为1844 MPa,断裂时总应变量均值为3.89%,耐蚀性能最佳。
In order to reduce the residual stress of quenched S35VN tool steel and improve its overall performance to meet the final use requirements,it is necessary of quenched S35VN for tempering.X-ray diffractometer and scanning electron microscope were used to study the differences of phase and microstructure of quenched S35VN steel after tempering at 180℃,200℃and 220℃,respectively,and their effects on the hardness,tensile properties and corrosion resistance of the alloy were studied.The results show that the matrix of S35VN steel is mainly martensite after three kinds of temperatures,mixed with a little residual austenite,and the carbide type is mainly M7C3,containing a little M23C6 and MC.The hardness of the alloy decreases,while the strength and plasticity of the alloy increase.After tempering at 180℃,the average hardness is 56.5 HRC,the average tensile strength is 1844 MPa,and the average total strain at fracture is 3.89%,indicating the best corrosion resistance.
