不同类型磁弹磨粒对刀具钝化的研究

摘要 为研究不同类型磁弹磨粒对刀具钝化的影响,分别以硅胶和环氧树脂为黏弹性基体、氧化铝(Al_(2)O_(3))颗粒为磨粒相、铁颗粒为磁粒相制备出硅胶型磁弹磨粒和环氧树脂型磁弹磨粒;基于双磁盘的磁场特性,采用Maxwell软件建立双磁盘磁场的三维模型,对双磁盘磁场及磁弹磨粒的磁场强度和磁感应强度进行分析;并建立磁弹磨粒细观单元模型,运用ABAQUS软件分析2种磁弹磨粒的细观力学特性;最后,基于双磁盘磁力钝化设备,研究2种磁弹磨粒对刀具钝化的影响。实验结果表明:采用环氧树脂型磁弹磨粒钝化后的刀具刃口表面粗糙度值比硅胶型磁弹磨粒钝化后的刀具刃口表面粗糙度提高了约4.2%,且刀具刃口形貌更为规则。 In order to study the effects of different types of magnetic elastic abrasives on tool passivation,silica gel and epoxy resin were used as viscoelastic matrix,alumina(Al_(2)O_(3))particles as abrasive phase and iron particles as magnetic phase to prepare silica gel type magnetic elastic abrasives and epoxy resin type magnetic elastic abrasives respectively.Based on the magnetic field characteristics of the double disc,the 3D model of the double disc magnetic field was established using Maxwell software,and the magnetic field strength and magnetic induction strength of the double disc magnetic field and magnetic elastic abrasives were analyzed.The fine-scale unit model of the magnetic elastic abrasives was also established,and the fine-scale mechanical properties of the two magnetic elastic abrasives were analyzed using ABAQUS software.Finally,based on the double disc magnetic passivation equipment,the effect of two kinds of magnetic elastic abrasives on tool passivation was studied.The experimental results show that the roughness value of the cutting edge surface of the tool passivated by epoxy resin type magnetic elastic abrasives is about 4.2%,which is higher than that of the tool passivated by silica gel type magnetic elastic abrasives,and the cutting edge morphology of the tool is more regular.
