法治乡村建设背景下提高村民法律意识的路径研究

全面推进依法治国,重点在农村,难点也在农村,农村是依法治国的最薄弱环节。为了加强法治乡村建设,实现乡村振兴,提高村民的法律意识是一条必经之路。提高农民的法律意识是提高乡村治理能力的有效手段,是实现乡村振兴战略的重要保障,是全面建成法治中国的内在要求。但是由于农村地区存在农村经济发展落后、农民受教育水平不高、普法宣传不彻底、乡村法律制度不完善等问题,农民的法律意识还普遍处于薄弱状态。这需要加快乡村经济发展、强化普法宣传教育、完善乡村法律制度等路径来提高农民法律意识。

To comprehensively promote the rule of law,the focus is on the countryside,the difficulty is also in the countryside,the countryside is the weakest link of the rule of law.In order to strengthen the construction of the rule of law in rural areas,to achieve rural revitalization,to improve the legal consciousness of villagers is a necessary way.Improving the legal awareness of farmers is an effective means to improve the ability of rural governance,an important guarantee for realizing the strategy of rural revitalization,and an inherent requirement for comprehensively building a country under the rule of law.However,due to the backward economic development of rural areas,the low level of education of farmers,the incomplete publicity of the law,and the imperfect legal system in rural areas,the legal awareness of farmers is still generally weak.It is necessary to accelerate the development of rural economy,strengthen the publicity and education of law popularization,and perfect the rural legal system to improve farmers’legal consciousness.
