血清铁蛋白、MMP-9及阴道分泌物B族链球菌检测在诊断胎膜早破致绒毛膜羊膜炎中的应用体会

Application of serum ferritin,MMP-9 and Group B streptococcus in the diagnosis of premature rupture of fetal membrane induced chorioamniotic inflammation

目的探讨血清铁蛋白、基质金属蛋白酶-9(MMP-9)及阴道分泌物B族链球菌检测在诊断胎膜早破致绒毛膜羊膜炎中的应用效果。方法选取82例胎膜早破患者,根据是否致绒毛膜羊膜炎将患者分为对照组(41例,胎膜早破无绒毛膜羊膜炎患者)、观察组(41例,胎膜早破致绒毛膜羊膜炎患者),两组均行血清铁蛋白、MMP-9及阴道分泌物B族链球菌检测,对比两组检测结果。结果观察组患者的血清铁蛋白、MMP-9水平及阴道分泌物B族链球菌阳性率均高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论胎膜早破致绒毛膜羊膜炎诊断中,血清铁蛋白、MMP-9及阴道分泌物B族链球菌检测具有重要的临床参考价值。

Objective To investigate the effect of detecting serum ferritin,matrix metalloproteinase-9(MMP-9)and group B streptococcus in the diagnosis of premature rupture of fetal membrane induced chorionic amniotic inflammation.Methods 82 patients with premature rupture of fetal membrane were selected and divided into control group(41 cases with premature rupture of fetal membrane without chorioamniotic inflammation)and observation group(41 cases with premature rupture of fetal membrane without chorioamniotic inflammation)according to whether the patients were caused by chorioamniotic inflammation.Serum ferritin,MMP-9 and vaginal secretions were detected in both groups,and the detection results of the two groups were compared.Results The levels of serum ferritin,MMP-9 and positive rate of group B streptococcus in vaginal secretions in observation group were higher than those in control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion The detection of serum ferritin,MMP-9 and Group B streptococcus in vaginal secretions has important clinical value in the diagnosis of premature rupture of fetal membrane induced chorionic amniotitis.
