宫腔镜子宫内膜息肉切除术中量化评估模式手术室护理干预效果

Quantitative evaluation mode during hysteroscopic endometrial polypectomy and nursing intervention effect in the operating room

目的探究量化评估模式下的手术室护理干预对宫腔镜子宫内膜息肉切除术患者的价值与意义。方法选取本院68例宫腔镜子宫内膜息肉切除术患者,按照随机数字表法分为两组,各34例。对照组实施常规手术室护理,观察组实施量化评估模式指导下的手术室护理。比较两组术中出血量、手术时间及术后患者的负性心理评分。结果观察组出血量少于对照组,手术时间短于对照组,焦虑、抑郁评分均低于对照组(P<0.05)。结论在宫腔镜下行子宫内膜息肉切除术时,给予患者手术室护理并以量化评估模式为指导,可以显著改善手术效果,改善患者的负性心理,推荐在临床广泛应用。

Objective To explore the value and significance of nursing interventions in the operating room under the quantitative evaluation mode for patients undergoing hysteroscopic endometrial polypectomy.Methods 68 patients who underwent hysteroscopic endometrial polypectomy in our hospital were randomly divided into two groups using a random number table method,with 34 cases in each group.The control group received routine operating room care,while the observation group received operating room care guided by a quantitative evaluation model.Compare the intraoperative bleeding volume,surgical time,and negative psychological scores of postoperative patients between two groups.Results The observation group had less bleeding compared to the control group,shorter surgical time,and lower scores in anxiety and depression dimensions compared to the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion When performing endometrial polypectomy under hysteroscopy,providing patients with operating room care and guided by a quantitative evaluation model can significantly improve surgical outcomes and alleviate negative psychological reactions.It is recommended to be widely used in clinical practice.
