心理护理在剖宫产术产妇护理中应用及对焦虑、抑郁情绪的影响分析

Application of psychological nursing in maternal nursing during cesarean section and analysis of its influence on anxiety and depression

目的探究心理护理在剖宫产术产妇中应用及对其焦虑、抑郁情绪的影响。方法选取120例剖宫产术产妇,根据随机数字表法分为观察组和对照组,各60例。对照组接受常规护理,观察组在对照组基础上增加心理护理,比较两组干预前后的焦虑、抑郁情绪。结果干预后观察组产妇的焦虑自评量表(SAS)评分明显低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。干预后观察组产妇的抑郁自评量表(SDS)评分低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论心理护理在剖宫产术产妇护理中的应用能显著减轻产妇的焦虑和抑郁情绪,有助于产妇的心理健康及病情恢复。

Objective To explore the application of psychological nursing in women undergoing cesarean section and its influence on their anxiety and depression.Methods 120 cases were selected and divided into observation group and control group according to random number table method,60 cases in each group.The control group received routine nursing,the observation group added psychological nursing on the basis of the control group,and compared the anxiety and depression of the two groups before and after intervention.Results After intervention,the self-rating anxiety scale(SAS)score of the observation group was significantly lower than that of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).After intervention,the self-rating depression scale(SDS)score of the observation group was lower than that of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion The application of psychological nursing in maternity care of cesarean section can significantly reduce the anxiety and depression of the parturients and contribute to the recovery of their mental health and illness,
