产房集束化护理对无痛分娩初产妇产程及并发症的影响

The impact of bundled care in the delivery room on the delivery process and complications of painless primiparous women

目的探究对无痛分娩初产妇实施产房集束化护理对其产程及并发症的影响。方法选取本院200例无痛分娩初产妇为研究对象,按照随机数字表法分为两组,各100例。对照组实施常规护理,试验组并实施产房集束化护理,观察产妇产程指标、母婴结局及不良事件发生情况。结果试验组第一产程、第二产程、第三产程时长均短于对照组(P<0.05)。试验组新生儿评分高于对照组,产妇产后出血量少于对照组,剖宫产率低于对照组(P<0.05)。试验组不良事件发生率低于对照组(P<0.05)。结论对无痛分娩初产妇实施产房集束化护理,可缩短产妇产程,改善母婴结局,减少不良事件发生,值得临床推广。

Objective To explore the impact of implementing bundled care in the delivery room on the labor process and complications of painless primiparous women.Methods 200 primiparous women who underwent painless delivery in our hospital were selected as the research subjects and randomly divided into two groups of 100 each using a random number table method.The control group received routine nursing care,while the experimental group received bundled nursing care in the delivery room.The indicators of maternal and infant outcomes,as well as the occurrence of adverse events,were observed.Results The duration of the first,second,and third stages of labor in the experimental group was shorter than that in the control group(P<0.05).The neonatal score of the experimental group was higher than that of the control group,the postpartum hemorrhage of the parturient was less than that of the control group,and the cesarean section rate was lower than that of the control group(P<0.05).The incidence of adverse events in the experimental group was lower than that in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion Implementing bundled care for painless delivery primiparous women in the delivery room can shorten the delivery process,improve maternal and infant outcomes,and reduce the occurrence of adverse events.It is worthy of clinical promotion.
