摘要
以现有批产气体发生剂和气体发生器为研究对象,通过对不同密度气体发生剂药片进行安全气囊气体发生器内压试验和气体发生剂密爆试验,研究了气体发生剂密度特性对气体发生器工作稳定性和产气药燃烧稳定性的影响程度及趋势,确定出安全气囊气体发生器稳定工作的必要条件。
Taking the existing batch gas generant and gas generator as the research objects,and through conducting the internal pressure test of gas generator and the closed bomb test of gas generant in the airbag for the gas generant tablets with different densities,the influence degree and trend of the density characteristics of the gas generant on the working stability of the gas generator and the combustion stability of the gas generating agent were investigated.The necessary conditions for the stable operation of the gas generator in the airbag were confirmed.
