聚四氟乙烯无定型相结构中红外光谱研究

摘要 采用3种中红外(MIR)光谱附件(衰减全反射MIR光谱附件、透射MIR光谱附件及漫反射MIR光谱附件)及4种谱图处理技术(一维MIR光谱技术、二阶导数MIR光谱技术、四阶导数MIR光谱技术及去卷积MIR光谱技术)分别开展了聚四氟乙烯无定型相的结构研究。实验发现,3种MIR光谱附件中,采用衰减全反射MIR光谱附件和透射MIR光谱附件可较好地开展聚四氟乙烯无定型相结构研究。4种谱图处理技术中,去卷积MIR光谱技术的谱图分辨能力要优于其他3种。进一步开展了聚四氟乙烯分子无定型相结构半定量研究,推测聚四氟乙烯分子无定型相的质量分数近似为5%。本项研究拓展了MIR光谱在重要的高分子材料(聚四氟乙烯)无定型相结构方面的研究范围,具有重要的应用研究价值。 The structural study of the amorphous phase of polytetrafluoroethylene was carried out using three types of mid infrared(MIR)spectral attachments(attenuated total reflection MIR spectral attachment,transmission MIR spectral attachment and diffuse reflection MIR spectral attachment)and four types of spectral processing techniques(one-dimensional MIR spectroscopy,second-order derivative MIR spectroscopy,fourth-order derivative MIR spectroscopy and deconvolution MIR spectroscopy),respectively.It was found by the experiments that the attenuated total reflection MIR spectral attachment and transmission MIR spectral attachment could be better used to carry out the structural study of the amorphous phase of polytetrafluoroethylene among the three types of MIR spectral attachments,and the deconvolution MIR spectroscopy technique had better spectral resolution than the other three among the four types of spectral processing techniques.Further semi-quantitative research of the amorphous phase structure of polytetrafluoroethylene molecule was carried out,and it was speculated that the mass fraction of the amorphous phase in polytetrafluoroethylene molecule was approximated to be 5%.This study expanded the scope of MIR spectroscopy in the research of the amorphous phase structure of an important polymer material(polytetrafluoroethylene),which was of great value for applied research.
