摘要
文章采用熵值法和DEA方法测度了2007—2020年我国省级绿色金融指数和工业绿色发展效率,并通过构建基准回归模型和中介效应模型检验了绿色金融对工业绿色发展的影响效应和中介效应。结果表明:绿色金融对工业绿色发展具有显著的促进作用,且绿色金融通过绿色技术创新和产业结构生态化促进了工业绿色发展;异质性分析结果表明,绿色金融对工业绿色发展的促进作用在区域、时期和政策方面具有显著的差异。拓展性分析显示,环境规制和研发投入在绿色金融促进工业绿色发展过程中均存在显著的单一门槛。
This paper uses the entropy method and DEA method to measure the provincial green finance index and the efficiency of industrial green development in China from 2007 to 2020,and then examines the influence effect and intermediary effect of green finance on industrial green development by constructing benchmark regression model and intermediary effect model.The research results show that green finance has a significant promotion effect on industrial green development,and can also promote industrial green development through green technological innovation and ecologicalization of industrial structure.The heterogeneity analysis finds that the promotion effect of green finance on industrial green development has significant differences in terms of region,period and policy.The extended analysis shows that both environmental regulation and R&D investment have significant single thresholds in the process of green finance promoting industrial green development.
