摘要
泥水平衡顶管具有开挖面稳定、机械化和自动化程度高、对周围土体和建筑物影响小和掘进速度快等优点,被广泛应用于大型引调水工程。本文通过理论顶力计算,将其与实测顶力对比分析,探讨现阶段顶力计算公式存在的问题,同时对顶管施工过程中的顶进时间进行了汇总分析。本文所研究的内容可丰富顶管施工实测数据,同时为后续类似工程提供参考。
Mud-water balanced pipe jacking has the advantages of stable excavation face,high degree of mechanization and automation,little influence on surrounding soil and buildings and fast excavation speed,and is widely used in large-scale water diversion projects.In this paper,the theoretical jacking force calculation is compared with the actual jacking force,the existing problems in the current jacking force calculation formula are discussed,and the jacking time in the process of pipe jacking construction is summarized and analyzed.The content studied in this paper can enrich the measured data of pipe jacking construction,also provide reference for subsequent similar projects.
