硫酸盐型光卤石矿冷分解结晶提取氯化钾试验研究

摘要 文章以青海某地的硫酸盐型光卤石矿为原料,利用冷分解结晶工艺提高氯化钾粒度,再通过正浮选工艺提取合格的结晶状农用氯化钾产品。试验结果表明,冷分解结晶工艺可大大减少正浮选时对硫酸镁、氯化钠等脉石矿物的夹带的影响,提高浮选精矿品位。 In this article,sulfate carnallite ore in Qinghai is used as raw material,the granu⁃larity of potassium chloride is improved by cold-decomposition crystallization process,and then qualified crystalline agricultural potassium chloride products are extracted by positive flotation pro⁃cess。The experimental results showed that the cold-decomposition crystallization process can greatly reduce the entrainment of gangue minerals such as magnesium sulfate and sodium chloride during flotation,and improve the grade of flotation concentrate.
