This article introduced the preparation process and detection method of p-phenylenediamine,further summarized and compared it,expounded the advantages and disad⁃vantages of each process method and means,and introduced the production status of p-phenylenediamine,and proposed to combine with liquid chlorine in chlor-alkali industry to pre⁃pare p-phenylenediamine,which provided reference for the sustainable development of p-phenylenediamine and chlor-alkali industry.
