摘要
文章以三聚氰胺和氰尿酸为原料,探索了连续法合成三聚氰胺氰尿酸盐的工艺规律,考察了反应温度、回流比及停留时间等条件对工艺的影响。研究结果表明:在一定的条件下连续晶种循环法可以得到合格的三聚氰胺氰尿酸盐产品,同时通过控制回流比调节晶种量,以晶种替代催化剂,可减少杂质含量,得到的产品纯度高、粒径低、分散性高。
This article explored the process law of continuous synthesis of melamine cyan⁃urate using melamine and cyanuric acid as raw materials,and examined the influence of conditions such as reaction temperature,reflux ratio and residence time on the process.The results showed that the continuous crystal seed recycling method can obtain qualified melamine cyanurate prod⁃ucts under certain conditions,while the amount of crystal seeds is adjusted by controlling the re⁃flux ratio and the catalyst is replaced by crystal seeds,which reduces the content of impurities,and the products have high purity,low particle size and high dispersion.
