摘要
减压阀输出压力的稳定性及输出压力达到稳定的快速响应是判别减压阀优劣的重要性能指标。基于某型号逆向作用式减压阀的结构及工作原理,应用AMESim数值仿真软件构建减压阀各个组成部件的仿真分析模型,研究减压阀压力流量特性及其动态特性;通过搭建减压阀工作测试平台对比验证,验证了仿真模型的正确性;通过改变模型中不同基本参数的值,研究了不同结构参数对减压阀动态特性的影响,为同类型减压阀的设计和参数优化提供了理论支持。
The stability of the output pressure of the pressure reducing valve and the fast response to stable output pressure are important performance indicators of the pressure reducing valve.Based on the structure and working principles of a certain type of reverse acting pressure reducing valve,the simulation analysis model of each component of the pressure reducing valve is constructed by using AMESim numerical simulation software to study the pressure flow characteristics and dynamic characteristics of the pressure reducing valve.The correctness of the simulation model is verified by building a testing platform for the operation of the pressure reducing valve.By changing the values of different basic parameters in the model,the influence of different structural parameters on the dynamic characteristics of the pressure reducing valve is studied,providing theoretical support for the design and parameter optimization of similar pressure reducing valves.
