泵控液压拉伸垫节能系统设计

摘要 泵控液压拉伸垫是压力机上常见的机械组成部分,针对其运行过程中电机再生制动产生的回馈能量被制动电阻消耗而造成的电功率浪费的问题,设计了共直流母线和电容储能的混合节能系统及调控策略。首先研究了混合节能系统的各个模块,通过数学建模和分析从理论推导上说明设计的可行性。其次建立泵控液压垫液压系统与节能系统仿真模型,在负载力为20 kN下进行仿真分析。最后搭建泵控液压拉伸垫实验台进行实验验证。仿真与实验结果表明,混合节能系统能起到很好的节能效果,系统的节能效率达到了41.9%。 Pump controlled hydraulic stretch pad is a common mechanical component of press.Aiming at the problem of power waste caused by regenerative braking energy consumed by brake resistance,a hybrid energy saving system with common DC bus and capacitor energy storage and its control strategy are designed.Firstly,each module of the hybrid energy saving system is studied,and the feasibility of the design is explained through mathematical modeling and analysis.Secondly,the simulation model of the hydraulic system and energy-saving system of the pump controlled hydraulic stretch pad is established,and the simulation analysis is carried out under the load of 20 kN.Finally,the pump controlled hydraulic stretch pad test platform is set up,and the experiment is verified.The simulation and experimental results show that the hybrid energy-saving system can achieve a good energy-saving effect,and the energy-saving efficiency of the system reaches 41.9%.
