心脏组织工程细胞和支架的抗心肌纤维化应用

Application of cardiac tissue engineering cells and scaffolds in the treatment of cardiac fibrosis

摘要 心肌纤维化是指缺血缺氧等多种损伤因素作用于心脏后,心脏成纤维细胞活化且同时细胞外基质大量沉积和异常分布导致心室壁僵硬,这会影响心脏的正常结构和收缩、舒张功能,严重时会进展为心力衰竭进而导致死亡。因此找到心肌纤维化的根治方法尤为重要。组织工程的出现为心肌纤维化的治疗带来新的希望。本文就心脏组织工程在心肌纤维化的治疗方面进行综述,为阻断和逆转心肌纤维化过程提供新的治疗思路。 Myocardial fibrosis refers to the activation of cardiac fibroblasts after the action of ischemia,hypoxia and other injury factors on the heart.At the same time,the large amount of extracellular matrix deposition and abnormal distribution leads to the stiffness of the ventricular wall,which will affect the normal structure of the heart and systolic and diastolic functions,and in severe cases will progress to heart failure and lead to death.Therefore,it is important to find a radical cure for myocardial fibrosis.The emergence of tissue engineering brings new hope for the treatment.This paper reviews the treatment of cardiac tissue engineering in myocardial fibrosis,providing a new therapeutic idea for blocking and reversing the process of myocardial fibrosis.
