摘要
暴发性1型糖尿病(FT1DM)是T1DM新亚型,于1~2周内起病,表现为血糖升高或DKA,但HbA_(1)c<8.7%。人类白细胞抗原、病毒感染、抗病毒免疫、免疫调节因子等均与FT1DM发病相关,某些药物及妊娠是其高危因素。本文综述FT1DM病因的研究进展。
Fulminant type 1 diabetes melltus(FTIDM)is a new subtype of type 1 diabetes.It is characterized by rapid occurrence of extreme hyperglycemia or diabetic ketoacidosis,generlly less than 2 weeks,with glycosylated HbA_(1)c<8.7%.Genetic factors,virus infection,antiviral immune mechanism and immunomodulatory factors are all related to the development of FTIDM,certain drugs and pregnancy are high risk factors for it.This article reviews the research progress on the etiology of FT1DM.
