新一代信息技术的广泛应用,促进了工业自动化全面升级,为石灰生产智能化奠定了坚实的基础。以智慧炉窑为主体的石灰工厂得到快速发展,特别是人工智能AI技术在物料储运智能控制、石灰燃烧控制模型上的应用,让具有“自感知、自学习、自训练、自诊断、自决策、自执行”的智能专家系统逐步代替人为的“经验专家”,根据数智进行石灰生产。
The wide application of the new generation of information technology has promoted the comprehensive upgrade of industrial automation and laid a solid foundation for the intelligent production of lime.The lime factory with intelligent furnace as the main body has been rapidly developed,especially the application of artificial intelligence technology in the intelligent control of material storage and conveyance and the lime combustion control model,so that the intelligent expert system with"self-sensing,self-learning,selftraining,self-diagnosis,self-decision-making,self-execution"has gradually replaced the personal"experience expert"and carried out lime production according to the digit and intelligence.
