水泥厂窑尾结构布置方案探讨

摘要 水泥厂窑尾框架结构承受着大体量的设备荷载,对结构的承载力,稳定性,抗震,抗风荷能力有着很高的要求。同时,为了满足业主的需要及市场的需求,需要尽可能地节省材料,这就对窑尾框架结构的设计提出了更高的要求。因此,对于窑尾的框架结构需采用更加高效合理的布置方案。文章根据某水泥厂项目的建设需求,提出了三种窑尾框架结构的布置方案,并对三种方案的钢材使用情况及结构方案布置的合理性进行了对比分析。 The frame structure of the cement plant kiln tail bears a large amount of equipment load,and has high requirements for the bearing capacity,stability,seismic resistance,and wind load resistance of the structure.At the same time,in order to meet the needs of owners and the market,it is necessary to save materials as much as possible,which puts higher requirements on the design of the kiln tail frame structure.Therefore,a more efficient and reasonable layout scheme needs to be adopted for the framework structure of the kiln tail.The article proposes three layout schemes for the kiln tail frame structure based on the construction requirements of a certain cement plant project,and compares and analyzes the steel usage and rationality of the structural layout of the three schemes.
