历史唯物主义认为生产力是构成人类文明演化的底层逻辑,未来社会的进步必定是以高度发达的物质和精神的生产力的巨大增长为前提的。新质生产力的提出既是对马克思生产力理论的延续和发展,又顺应了百年未有之大变局和我国当前经济发展和转型的客观现实的需要。新质生产力以科技创新为动力引擎,通过数字化和技术化革命,促进产业的转型升级和新服务、新业态、新模式的涌现;以高新技术的引领为主调,以绿色生产力为底色,通过对传统生产要素的新质化组合与优化,突出经济的高质量发展。同时新质生产力作为驾驭和超越资本逻辑的新发展观,强调以实现人的自由而全面发展为目标,突出了中国式现代化以人为本的鲜明特征,为中华民族的伟大复兴和世界经济的发展提供了新思路和新选择。

Historical materialism considers the productive forces to be the underlying logic that constitutes the evolution of human civilization,and the progress of future societies must be predicated on the tremendous growth of highly developed material and spiritual productive forces.The proposal of new quality productive forces is not only a continuation and development of Marx’s theory of productive forces,but also responds to the needs of the great change that has not occurred in a hundred years and the objective reality of China’s current economic development and transformation.With science and technology innovation as the power engine,the new quality productive forces promotes the transformation and upgrading of industries and the emergence of new services,new business forms and new modes through digitalization and technological revolution;with high-tech leading as the main theme and green productive forces as the background,it highlights the high-quality development of the economy through the combination and optimization of the traditional factors of production.At the same time,the new quality productive forces,as a new development concept that harnesses and transcends the logic of capital,emphasizes the goal of realizing the free and comprehensive development of human beings,highlighting the distinctive feature of a Chinese path to modernization that is people-oriented,and providing new ideas and new choices for the great rejuvenation of the Chinese nation and the development of the world economy.
