“先跟后带”沟通模式在基层官兵思想教育中的应用探析

摘要 基层官兵思想教育是军队思想政治教育的重要组成部分,新时代基层官兵对说教式、批评式、质问式、命令式等沟通模式存在阻抗心理,导致个体思想政治教育效果不佳。“先跟后带”沟通模式是一种有效的沟通对话模式,通过“先跟”建立和谐关系,使受教育者愿意跟教育者敞开心扉说想法、谈感受,然后再运用“后带”让对方更愿意接受教育者传递的信息并做出改变,从而实现思想政治教育的目的。 The ideological education of grassroots officers and soldiers is an important part of the ideological-political education of the army,and in the new era,the grass-roots officers and soldiers are resistant to the communication modes such as preaching,criticizing,questioning,and ordering,which leads to the ineffectiveness of individual ideological-political education.The“pacing and leading”communication mode is an effective mode of communication and dialogue.Through the“pacing”to establish a harmonious relationship,so that educated persons are willing to open up with the educator to say ideas,talk about feelings,and then use the“leading”to make the other party more willing to accept the message transmitted by the educator and make changes,so as to achieve the goal of ideological-political education.
