摘要
宁波北仑梅山港抽水蓄能电站水头高、装机容量较小,机组参数的选择直接影响到机组的安全稳定运行和电站的经济性。为了确定该电站机组的主要性能参数,在电站装机台数和单机容量比选的基础上,开展了抽蓄机组选型分析研究。通过对额定水头、比转速和额定转速、吸出高度等机组参数进行比选论证,最终推荐电站装设2台单机容量80 MW水泵水轮机组、额定水头为321.0 m、额定转速为600 r/min、吸出高度为-65 m。研究成果可为中高水头、中小容量抽蓄机组选型设计以及安全稳定运行提供借鉴。
The characteristics of Ningbo Beilun Meishan Port Pumped Storage Power Station has the characteristics of high water head and small installed capacity.Therefore,the selection of unit parameters directly affects the safety and stability of the unit and the economy of the power station.To determine the main performance parameters of the pumped-storage unit of Ningbo Beilun Meishan Port Pumped Storage Power Station,a research on the lectotype analysis of the pumped-storage unit for the power station was conducted based on the comparison and selection of different unit capacity and installed number of the power station.The main performance parameters of the pumped-storage unit,including the unit capacity of 80 MW,the installed number of two,the rated head of 321.0 m,the rated speed of 600 r/min,and the suction height of-65 m,etc.,were determined through the comparison and demonstration of the rated head,specific speed,rated speed,suction height,etc.The research results can provide a reference for the selection and design of medium to high head,small and medium-sized capacity pumped-storage units,as well as safe and stable operation.
