摘要
保持干部清正廉洁的政治本色既是新征程上干部队伍建设的一项重大现实课题,也是涵养廉洁文化、建设廉洁政治的必然要求。为此,应推动干部廉洁风险防控和管理创新,确立科学的干部廉洁风险防控和管理目标与目的,实行约束与激励并举政策,营造新时代干部队伍充满生机活力、敢于担当作为的政治生态和社会风尚,牢固树立廉洁管理的理念,深入研究运用干部廉洁风险动态监测的方法和措施,建立健全防范和化解干部廉洁风险的“全周期管理”机制,更好适应解决大党独有难题的新形势新要求,为强国建设、民族复兴伟业提供坚强政治和组织保障。
Keeping the political nature of cadres clean and honest is not only a major practical topic for fostering cadres in the new journey,but also an inevitable requirement for cultivating a clean culture and building clean politics.To this end,it is necessary to promote innovation in risk prevention,control and management of cadres'incorruptibility,establish scientific goals and objectives for risk prevention,control and management of cadres'incorruptibility,implement policies that combine constraints and incentives,create a political ecology and social fashion in which cadres in the new era are full of vitality and dare to take responsibilities,and firmly establish the concept of clean management.It is a must to study and apply the methods and measures for dynamic monitoring of cadres'incorruptibility risks,establish and improve the"full cycle management"mechanism for preventing and dissolving the risks of cadres'incorruptibility,better adapt to the new situation and new requirements for solving the unique problems of a large Party,and provide a strong political and organizational guarantee for building China into a strong country and realizing the great rejuvenation of the Chinese nation.
