高质量发展背景下“双师型”教师教学创新团队建设困境与路径

摘要 “双师型”教师教学创新团队建设是践行教育家精神的根本所在,能够打通校企合作的最后一公里、有效提升人才培养的适恰性、推动个体与团队共成长。高质量发展对“双师型”教师教学创新团队建设提出新要求,更加强调团队成员创新意识和创新能力的提升、实践技能和科技服务能力的提升、沟通协作与协同创新能力的提升以及数字素养的提升。为解决“双师型”教师教学创新团队建设存在的校级创新团队基础性作用发挥不明显、共同体协同机制不畅、教师专业能力需要进一步提升、团队建设评价与激励不完善等困境,需要从加强顶层设计、建设联动机制、提升教师能力、强化评价激励等方面加强建设。 The construction of a“double-qualified teacher”teaching innovation team is fundamental to practicing the spirit of educators,which can bridge the last mile of school-enterprise cooperation,effectively enhance the appropriateness of talent cultivation,and promote the growth of individuals and teams.High-quality development has put forward new requirements for the construction of“dual teacher”teaching innovation teams,emphasizing the improvement of team members’innovation awareness and ability,practical skills and technological service capabilities,communication,collaboration and collaborative innovation capabilities,and digital literacy.To address the challenges faced by the construction of“double-qualified teacher”teaching innovation teams,such as unclear fundamental role of school level innovation teams,ineffective community collaboration mechanisms,need for further improvement of teachers’professional abilities,and incomplete evaluation and incentives for team building,it is necessary to strengthen the construction from the aspects of enhancing top-level design,establishing linkage mechanisms,improving teachers’abilities,and strengthening evaluation incentives.
