摘要
站在“教育学”立场,立足“教学论”角度,以讨论国家政治安全能力培训教学的方法类型划分为前提和基础,分必须遵守、尽量遵守和酌情遵守三个层次,讨论了培训教学的方法选择与确认的七项基本原则。从实战、课程、操作和法律四个层面,讨论了有效、实用、简单、规范的评估培训教学的方法标准和基本内容。培训教学的方法创新要坚持“提升自己”等三个主导方向,要贯穿“结合信念”等五个基本理念,要攻关“提高整体战斗力”等五个重大课题。
From the perspective of"pedagogy"and from the perspective of"teaching theory",this article di-vides the types of methods for training and teaching national political security capabilities into three levels:mandatory adherence,maximum adherence,and discretionary adherence.Seven basic principles for select-ing and confirming training and teaching methods are discussed.This paper discusses the methods,stan-dards,and basic content of effective,practical,simple,and standardized evaluation and training teaching from four aspects:practical experience,curriculum,operation,and law.The innovation of training and teach-ing methods should adhere to the three leading directions of"improving oneself",run through the five basic concepts of"combining beliefs",and tackle five major issues of"improving overall combat effectiveness".
