摘要
小瓦窑产业园项目深基坑设计开挖深度20.57 m。项目所在场地含水层为富含大粒径卵石地层,地下水类型为潜水,施工期间存在永定河生态补水的情况,且项目所在地距离永定河直线距离不足4 km,生态补水期间的地下水位会将大幅提高,对基坑开挖极为不利。项目确定了地下连续墙结合降水支护降水方案,监测结果表明地下连续墙支护和止水效果为较好,基坑位移趋于稳定,地下水水位得到有效控制。
The deep foundation pit of Xiaowayao Industrial Park Project is designed to be excavated to a depth of 20.57 m.The aquifer of the project site is rich in large-size pebbles,and the type of groundwater is submerged,and there is ecological replenishment of Yongding River during the construction period,and the project site is located at a straight-line distance of less than 4 km from the Yongding River,and the groundwater level during the period of ecological replenishment will be increased significantly,which is extremely unfavourable to the excavation of the foundation pit.The project determined the underground diaphragm wall combined with precipitation support and precipitation programme,and the monitoring results show that the effect of underground diaphragm wall support and water stopping is good,the pit displacement tends to be stable,and the groundwater level is effectively controlled.
