With the advent of the digital and information age,the Outline of Building a Quality Power proposes to speed up the research and development and integrated application of digital technologies such as building information models.Combined with an urban complex project,this paper introduces the general situation of the project,the key and difficult points in project implementation,control measures,advanced BIM technology and the application of smart site system in the project.
