沥青路面平整度施工控制措施研究

Study on the Construction Control Measures of Asphalt Pavement Smoothness

从路基施工质量、基层施工质量、沥青混合料拌和时间、沥青混合料拌和温度以及沥青路面摊铺作业质量等方面阐述了沥青路面平整度的影响因素。在此基础上,从路基填筑、路基填料、路基排水设施、基层混合料选择、基层施工机械选择、沥青混合料拌和温度和时间控制以及沥青路面摊铺设备螺旋布料器参数选择、松铺系数以及摊铺速度等方面分析了提升沥青路面平整度的控制措施。

This paper expounds the influencing factors of asphalt pavement smoothness from the aspects of subgrade construction quality,base construction quality,asphalt mixture mixing time,asphalt mixture mixing temperature and asphalt pavement paving quality.On this basis,this paper analyzes the control measures for improving the smoothness of asphalt pavement from the aspects of roadbed filling,roadbed filling,roadbed drainage facilities,selection of base mixture,selection of base construction machinery,control of temperature and time of asphalt mixture mixing,selection of parameters of spiral distributor of asphalt pavement paving equipment,loose paving coefficient and paving speed,etc.
