摘要
以沙坪坝铁路枢纽综合改造项目成都铁路局商务公寓楼筏板基础为例,通过阐述混凝土裂缝形成的机理,重点从浇筑技术、泌水浮浆处理及养护方面论述混凝土施工过程中的裂缝控制技术,同时,通过草垫蓄热和循环热水养护,并采取相应的降温措施,最终达到控制和防止大体积混凝土裂缝的产生的目的。
Taking the raft foundation of commercial apartment building of Chengdu Railway Bureau of Shapingba Railway Hub comprehensive renovation project as an example,this paper expounds the mechanism of concrete crack formation,and discusses the crack control technology in concrete construction process from the aspects of pouring technology,bleeding slurry treatment and maintenance.At the same time,through the grass mat heat storage and circulating hot water maintenance,and take corresponding cooling measures,finally achieve the purpose of controlling and preventing the generation of large volume concrete cracks.
