Application of Construction Technology of Irregular Decorative Natural Concrete

通过对不规则饰面自然装饰混凝土的结构特点和施工重、难点的分析,研究和设计了一种能一次性成型,并实现自然装饰混凝土结构多曲面、无模板拼缝的清水混凝土效果的复合模板体系和施工技术。该技术是通过制作母模,制作硅胶模板,将硅胶模板与常规模板结合形成复合模板体系的施工方法,有效解决了不规则饰面自然装饰混凝土结构施工的难题。

Based on the analysis of the structural characteristics and construction difficulties of natural decorated concrete with irregular finishes,a composite formwork system and construction technology which can be formed at one time and satisfy the effect of natural decorated concrete structure with multiple surfaces and no formwork joint are researched and designed.The technology is a construction method of making the mother mold,making the silicone template,and combining the silicone template with the conventional template to form a composite template system,which effectively solves the difficult problem of the construction of natural decorated concrete structures with irregular finishes.
