为提升房屋建筑施工质量,以分析防渗漏施工重难点,明确防渗漏施工的技术要点,提出施工管理措施。研究表明,在防渗漏施工中,应合理选择防水材料、增强结构防水性、设置排水系统,并预防墙面地面开裂。同时要完善施工管理措施,以此提高防渗漏施工技术水平。

In order to improve the building construction quality,this paper analyzes the important and difficult points of anti-leakage construction,clarifies the technical points of anti-leakage construction,and puts forward the construction management measures.The research shows that in the construction of anti-leakage,it is necessary to rationally select waterproof materials,enhance the water resistance of the structure,set up drainage system,and prevent wall and floor cracking.At the same time,it is necessary to improve the engineering construction management measures in order to improve the technical level of anti-leakage construction.
