从绿色建筑评价指标分析基础设施改造实施要点

Analysis of the Key Points of Infrastructure Transformation Implementation from Green Building Evaluation Index

我国每年有大量的基础设施改造项目,因结构形式、空间布局、资金额度等因素制约,从绿色建筑的角度来看,反而较新建项目实施难度大。论文从GB/T 50378—2019《绿色建筑评价标准》指标体系的五大评价指标和一个加分指标(安全耐久、健康舒适、生活便利、资源节约和环境宜居,提高和创新)出发,逐项分析改造实施要点。

China has a large number of infrastructure renovation projects every year,due to structural form,spatial layout,capital limit and other factors,from the perspective of green building,it is more difficult to implement than new projects.Starting from the five evaluation indicators and a bonus indicator(safety and durability,health and comfort,convenience of life,resource saving and environment livable,improvement and innovation)of the index system of GB/T 50378-2019 Green Building Evaluation Standard,the paper analyzes the key points of transformation implementation one by one.
