摘要
近年来,国家教育部门提出应用型高校的建设,旨在进一步促进高等教育与社会需求相结合。为了培养音乐艺术人才的舞台实践应用能力,在具体的教学改革过程中应革新当前的评价机制,采用具有创新性的增值评价机制,使评价由此前的保守单一转变为横纵双向交互、多元覆盖、人性化调配;应注重学生综合实践能力的培养,在整个教学过程中体现评价机制的渗透,从而完成应用型高校的教育目标,培养适应社会需求的应用型人才。
In recent years,the Ministry of Education has proposed the construction of applied universities to further promote the integration of higher education with social needs,and cultivate the stage practice and application abilities of music and art talents.Therefore,in the process of teaching reform,it is proposed to innovate the current evaluation mechanism and adopt innovative value-added evaluation mechanisms to transform the evaluation from conservative and single evaluation system to horizontal and vertical two-way,diverse and humanized one.It is necessary to focus on cultivating comprehensive practical abilities of students in the evaluation mechanisms of the teaching process,so as to achieve the goals of applied universities and create a healthier,more positive,and high-quality educational platform.
