革命老区全面推进乡村振兴具有突出的政治示范意义与示范引领欠发达地区全面推进乡村振兴的经济意义。“数智化”融合“大数据+人工智能”,通过大数据精准服务、跨越物理空间局限性以及实现资源与服务云共享的方式,充分释放红色资源价值引领老区乡村从脱贫奔向共富,化解广大老区乡村因地理位置偏远导致的振兴障碍,克服老区发展基础薄弱无力支持乡村振兴的困难,以提升老区乡村振兴的深度、广度并缓解难度。但以“数智化”赋能老区乡村振兴还面临着诸多问题,须积极推进老区“数智化”跨越式高质量发展,注重以“数智化”赋能提升老区乡村振兴的深度与广度,提高老区乡村群众对“数智化”赋能的认识与利用水平,健全“数智化”赋能长效机制。

The comprehensive promotion of Rural Revitalization in the Revolutionary Old Areas has outstanding political demonstration significance and economic significance in leading underdeveloped areas to comprehensively promote the Rural Revitalization.The integration of“digital intelligence”and“big data+artificial intelligence”,through precise big data services,overcoming physical spatial limitations,and achieving resource and service cloud sharing,fully unleashes the value of Red resources to lead rural areas in the Old Areas from poverty alleviation to common prosperity,resolves the obstacles to Rural Revitalization caused by remote geographical locations,overcomes the difficulties of weak development foundations and inability to support Rural Revitalization in the Old Areas,and enhances the depth,breadth,and difficulty of Rural Revitalization in the Old areas.However,empowering Rural Revitalization in the Old Areas with“digital intelligence”still faces many problems.It is necessary to actively promote the leapfrog high-quality development of“digital intelligence”in the Old Areas,pay attention to enhancing the depth and breadth of Rural Revitalization in the Old Areas with“digital intelligence”empowerment,improve the understanding and utilization level of“digital intelligence”empowerment among rural residents in the Old Areas,and improve the long-term mechanism of“digital intelligence”empowerment.
