摘要
通过加工过程中不断对变形机理的分析和控制,确定一种精密能同步、哈夫可互换的特种链轮的工艺方法。采取应力两次释放,数控加工修齿、专用工装和检具等工艺手段,保证设计要求的实现。
Through the analysis and control of continuous deformation in the process of machining,a kind of precision synchronous and half interchangeable special sprocket processing technology is determined.To ensure the realization of the design requirements,the process means such as stress release twice,CNC machining tooth repair,special fixture and gage are adopted.
