慢性肾脏病管理专科护士核心能力量表的编制及信效度检验

Core Competency Scale for Nurse Specialists in Chronic Kidney Disease Management:Reliability and Validity

目的编制慢性肾脏病管理专科护士核心能力量表,并检验其信效度。方法通过文献回顾、专家会议法、小组讨论等方式构建初始量表。便利抽样法选取336名慢性肾脏病管理专科护士为研究对象,进行信效度检验。结果最终形成的量表包括肾脏基础理论、肾脏药学理论、肾脏营养与评估、管理协作与教育能力、沟通决策与人文关怀、专业发展能力等6个维度,共46个条目。量表各条目的内容效度为0.857~1.000,总量表的Cronbach’sα系数为0.981。探索性因子分析共提取6个因子,累计方差贡献率为77.146%。验证性因子分析显示,模型适配良好。结论慢性肾脏病管理专科护士核心能力量表具有良好的信效度,可作为慢性肾病管理专科护士核心能力的测评工具,为培训方案的构建提供参考。

Objective To develop a core competency scale for nurses specializing in the management of chronic kidney disease and test its reliability and validity.Methods An initial scale was formed by means of literature review,expert meeting and group discussion.336 nurses specializing in chronic kidney disease management were surveyed by questionnaire using convenience sampling method and analyzed for reliability and validity.Results The final version of the scale consists of 6 dimensions with 46 entries,including basic and pharmaceutical theory on kidney,nutrition and evaluation of kidney,capability of management,cooperation and education,ability of communication and decision-making,humanistic care,professional development ability,etc.The content validity of each entry of the scale ranged from 0.857 to 1.000,and the Cronbach’s alpha coefficient of the total scale was 0.981.6 factors were extracted from the exploratory factor analysis,and the cumulative variance contribution rate was 77.146%.The results of the validation factor analysis showed that the scale had a good model fit and stable factor structure.Conclusions The core competency scale for nurse specialists in chronic kidney disease management has good reliability and validity,which can be used as an assessment tool and provide reference for training programs of the group.
