基于Citespace的我国近十年肾移植护理研究的可视化分析

Domestic Nursing Research of Kidney Transplantation in the Past Decade Based on Citespace:A Visual Analysis

目的了解我国近十年肾移植护理研究的现状、热点及前沿,为后期开展国内肾移植护理相关研究提供一定理论依据。方法采用Citespace软件对中国知网2013年1月1日至2023年03月27日收录的肾移植护理相关文献进行可视化分析。结果共纳入文献818篇,其发文量不多但整体呈稳定发展,该领域现尚未形成核心科研团队,作者间、机构间联系需要加强,研究热点集中在肾移植患者自我管理、围术期护理和护理体会,生活质量、满意度和遵医行为相关研究是发展趋势及前沿。结论我国近十年肾移植护理相关研究发展较稳定,之后可加强学者、机构之间的联系,整合优势资源,加强对肾移植患者各方面的管理,从而提高患者治疗体验和生活质量。

Objective To understand the status quo,hot spots and frontier of nursing research in kidney transplantation in China in the last decade,and to provide theoretical basis for the development of the area.Methods Citespace visualization was used to analyze the literature on nursing research of kidney transplantation collected by CNKI from January 1,2013 to March 27,2023.Results With a total of 818 articles included,the number of publications was small but the overall development was stable.The core scientific research team in this field had not yet been formed,and the inter-author and inter-institutional contacts needed to be strengthened.The research hotspots focused on self-management,perioperative nursing and nursing experience of kidney transplant patients,and the research on quality of life,satisfaction and medical compliance behavior were the development trend and frontier.Conclusions The research on nursing care of kidney transplantation in China has developed steadily in the past ten years,and the connection between scholars and institutions can be strengthened,superior resources integrated,and the management of kidney transplant patients can be strengthened,so as to improve their treatment experience and quality of life.
