培育新质生产力助推中国对外贸易高质量发展

Cultivating new quality productive forces to promote high-quality development of China’s foreign trade

新质生产力作为一种先进的绿色生产力质态,对于推动中国对外贸易高质量发展起着十分重要的作用。从双循环发展研究切入,阐述了新质生产力的内涵与特征及对外贸易高质量发展的意义,并对中国对外贸易战略演进的历史逻辑、对外贸易高质量发展的动因、现状及面临的问题展开全方位的分析,然后在此基础上透过新质生产力视角,从4个方面对中国外贸高质量发展进行战略定位,最后据此设计出新质生产力助推对外贸易高质量发展的系列策略,包括建立全国统一大市场、坚持以科技创新为核心驱动力、实行高水平和多领域开放、优化产业结构、完善海外智慧物流仓体系等。

As an advanced green productivity,new quality productive forces plays a crucial role in promoting the high-quality development of China’s foreign trade.Starting from the research on dual circulation development,this paper elaborates on the connotation and characteristics of new quality productive forces and the significance of high-quality development of foreign trade,and carries out a comprehensive analysis on the historical logic of China’s foreign trade strategy evolution,the motives,current situation,and problems faced by high-quality development of foreign trade.Based on this,from the perspective of new quality productive forces,it strategically positions China’s high-quality development of China’s foreign trade from four aspects,and finally designs a series of strategies to promote the high-quality development of foreign trade through new quality productive forces,including establishing a unified national market,adhering to technological innovation as the core driving force,implementing high-level and multi-domain opening,optimizing industrial structure,and improving the overseas smart logistics warehouse system.
