摘要
老年群体日益增长的美好生活需要和数字社会难融入之间的矛盾凸显,为提升老年人的数字素养,国家提出“智慧助老”行动以帮助老年人跨越数字鸿沟。文章对教育部推介的308个智慧助老典型案例进行文本分析,从服务体系、服务供给和服务模式三个维度探究老年数字素养教育的现状。在此基础上,本研究针对课程设置缺乏科学指引、资源开放性低下、教师管理机制缺失等问题提出相应的对策。
The increasing elderly population seeks a better quality of life,but faces a growing contradiction between their needs and difficulties in integrating into the digital society.To enhance the digital literacy of elderly citizens,the country has launched the"Smart Aging"initiative,aiming to assist the elderly in bridging the digital divide.This article conducts a text analysis of 308 typical cases recommended by the Ministry of Education,exploring the current status of elderly digital literacy education from the dimensions of service systems,service provisioning,and service models.Based on this analysis,the study proposes corresponding solutions to address significant issues such as the lack of scientific curriculum guidance,limited open educational resources,and inadequate teacher management mechanisms.
