Pathways to Enhance Farmers'Digital Capabilities Through Open Education:a Study from the Perspective of Social Cognitive Theory

数字乡村建设是推动乡村振兴和数字中国建设的关键工程。随着乡村数字化的持续推进,农民在应用数字技术时遭遇的功能性和心理性障碍逐渐显现,如何提升农民的数字技能水平成为核心挑战。从社会认知理论视角来看,开放教育理念契合农民数字教育需求,可以通过重塑农民的数字认知、建立乡村数字文化氛围及形成数字技术的良性反馈机制等方式,协调农民的主体意识、社区环境与技术采纳之间的关系,从而提高农民的数字技能和数字素养,为理解和促进乡村数字化转型提供了新的视角。

The construction of digital villages is a key project for promoting rural revitalization and the development of a digital China.As rural digitalization progresses,functional and psychological barriers encountered by farmers in applying digital technologies have gradually emerged,making the enhancement of farmers'digital skills a core challenge.From the perspective of social cognitive theory,the concept of open education aligns with the digital education needs of farmers.By reshaping farmers'digital cognition,establishing a rural digital culture atmosphere,and forming a positive feedback mechanism for digital technology,the relationship among farmers'subject awareness,community environment,and technology adoption can be coordinated to improve their digital skills and literacy,so as to offer a new perspective for understanding and promoting rural digital transformation.
