开放教育数字化学习平台学习支持服务研究——以内蒙古开放大学“一村一名大学生计划”为例

摘要 教育数字化战略背景下,为开放教育的学习者提供高效的学习支持服务,对提高开放教育学习者的参与度和积极性有着至关重要的作用。将学习支持服务界定为五个维度,25个要素,并从学习者的需求出发,结合Kano模型,以内蒙古开放大学“一村一名大学生计划”学习者为调查对象,开展“开放教育学习者学习支持服务需求偏好调查”。通过数据分析提出学习支持服务保障策略:以必备性需求为基础,保障开放教育学习者的基本需求;以期望性需求为核心,不断提高学习者的参与度和积极性;以魅力性需求为重点,结合教育数字化发展趋势,利用新兴技术不断提升学习支持服务能力;以无差别需求为参考,改进、精简学习支持服务项目。 In the context of digital education strategy,providing efficient learning support services for open education learners is crucial for enhancing their participation and enthusiasm.Defining learning support services as five dimensions and 25 elements,starting from the needs of learners,and using Kano model,a survey was conducted on the learning support service preferences of learners in the"One University Student per Village"program at Inner Mongolia Open University.Data analysis leads to the proposal of several strategies to ensure learning support services:ensuring basic requirements are met to guarantee fundamental needs of open education learners,focusing on expected needs as the core to consistently improve learner engagement and enthusiasm,emphasizing charismatic needs to enhance learning support services continually using emerging technologies,and referencing indifferent needs to refine and streamline learning support service offerings.
