综合性高校师范生创新实践能力培养的路径探析——基于新文科建设的视角

摘要 随着新文科和师范专业认证的推进,师范生创新实践成果已然成为评价综合性高校办教师教育水平的重要维度。师范本科人才培养出现了新思政孕育教育家精神、新交叉增强知识交融、新功能推动技术赋能和新实践强化创新实践能力等新特点。师范生创新实践应运成为综合性高校办师范教育的焦点话题。但是,目前综合性高校的师范生创新实践却出现了管理缺位、严重学科壁垒、内生动力不足、专创融合师资困乏等问题。坚持“做中学”基本教育原理,通过激发创新实践热情、组建创新实践团队、开发特色校本创新项目、开展专创融合教学模式改革等路径,探索构建师范生“学练创赛”四位一体创新实践体系,充分发挥综合性高校培养卓越师范人才的优势。 With the advancement of New Liberal Arts and teacher professional certification,the innovative practical achievements of initial teachers have become an important dimension in the evaluation of teacher education.The cultivation of initial teachers exhibits new characteristics such as the spirit of new ideological and political education educators,new cross enhancement of knowledge integration,new function promoting technology empowerment,and new practice strengthening innovative practice ability.Initial teachers'innovative practice has become a focus topic of teacher education in comprehensive universities.However,current innovative practices face issues such as lack of management,serious disciplinary barriers,insufficient endogenous motivation,and a shortage of teachers skilled in integrating specialty and innovation.Adhering to the basic educational principle of"Learning by Doing",the study explores pathways to construct a four-in-one"learning,practicing,creating,and competing"innovative practice system for initial teachers by stimulating innovative enthusiasm,forming innovative practice teams,developing distinctive school-based innovation projects and reforming integrated teaching modes,so as to give full play to the advantages of training outstanding normal talents in comprehensive universities.
